    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a technical field preferred, or Associate’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
    • 1–3 years of industry experience in project coordination or project management in semiconductor, biotechnology/medical device, or IT facilities
    • Microsoft Project (building schedules, maintaining timelines, tracking milestones).
    • Experience supporting facilities, construction, or infrastructure projects with exposure to: Electrical (including power distribution / grid tie-in work), Mechanical, Plumbing, and other building-related upgrades and infrastructure improvements
      • Experience working with permitting processes (supporting or coordinating).
      • Demonstrated ability to manage cost/budgeting, track spend, and support closeout.
      • Comfortable operating in active environments where outages and operational impacts must be controlled.
    Responsibilities
    • Manage facilities/construction infrastructure projects in support of the capital projects team, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing scope.
    • Coordinate and track project plans in MS Project, ensuring milestones are met and schedules are maintained.
    • Support and/or lead operational upgrades, including power distribution work and grid tie-in coordination.
    • Partner with internal facilities teammates and PMs to maintain progress and resolve roadblocks.
    • Drive cost control throughout execution and into project closeout (tracking budget, forecasting, and controlling spend).
    • Coordinate and support project execution that prioritizes zero-incident performance, outages held to plan, and minimal impact to manufacturing/operations
    • Assist with contractor/vendor coordination, site walkthroughs, and day-to-day execution planning.
    • Support permitting and compliance activities, collaborating with appropriate internal and external parties.
    • Work on-site as needed and follow site safety requirements and procedures.
