Job Overview:
Pay Range: $63.04hr - $68.04hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- At least 5+ years of experience in the field.
- Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators.
- Manage a staff of employees in the maintenance of buildings and grounds.
- Oversee contractors for facility renovation projects.
- Perform a variety of tasks and lead and direct the work of others.
- Report to a head of a unit or department.
