GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF JOB:
The Project Manager duties consist of a broad range of responsibilities covering all areas of construction projects including but not limited to new construction, remodeling/tenant improvement projects and/or other approved projects such as Capital Improvement and Building Maintenance projects. The Project Manager will often manage multiple small and/or large projects at one time, managing each project budget typically ranging from $30,000.00 to $3,000,000.00 plus.
