Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Facilities Project Engineer for a Contract with a client in Saint Paul, MN. The ideal candidate must have strong documentation review and technical writing experience to support facility validation protocols, commissioning reports, and compliance reporting.
Rate Range: $42/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Facilities Project Engineer Job Responsibilities include:
Review, maintain, and ensure accurate execution of facility validation protocols, commissioning reports, SOPs, and other controlled documentation.
Conduct investigations into non-conformances and site-specific compliance issues related to facility systems, including HVAC, pest control, and other building operations.
Perform root cause analysis, document findings, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to resolve operational and compliance gaps.
Partner closely with Facility Managers and cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance.
Support the development and maintenance of engineering documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, gap analyses, risk assessments, and control plans.
Perform facility inspections, assess existing processes, and ensure all procedures, protocols, and documentation remain accurate, current, and audit-ready.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
3+ years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing facilities environment.
Strong technical writing and documentation review experience.
Experience with root cause analysis, investigations, and non-conformance management.

Pay Details: $42.00 to $45.00 per hour
