$45- $48 an hour ($95k- $100k salary)

We are seeking a hands-on, self-driven Facilities Manager with strong electrical expertise to oversee all facility and maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, facility safety, and operational efficiency while leading a small maintenance team and supporting daily production needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working on the floor to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily facility and maintenance operations
• Supervise and support maintenance technicians
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and electrical systems
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, lighting, compressed air, and building systems
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and safety standards
• Lead safety programs including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, and incident investigations
• Coordinate outside contractors and service providers
• Track maintenance activities using CMMS systems
• Partner with Production and Operations to minimize downtime and improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting experience
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or remanufacturing
• Strong experience with:
  • Electrical troubleshooting and repair
  • Industrial equipment maintenance
  • HVAC and facility systems
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with CMMS systems and basic computer skills
• Hands-on leadership
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
