Facilities Manager - Level 1 with our commercial real estate client in Midland, TX. This is a 4-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay:$31.00 - $36.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Schedule: M-F 8-5, May have to be available after hours | Onsite
Description:
As a Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:Team Overview:- 5 individuals
- 3 engineers/mobile technicians
- Facility Coordinator
- Receptionist
Resource's typical working day:- Facility operations for sites for the clients
- 290 miles round trip to furthest site- occasional
- Will they be reimbursed? Yes
- HSE, fire and light safety
- Complete oversight over all facility operations
- Vendor contract management
Must Have Skills:- Leadership qualities
- Some Facility Management background
- Skills related to standard MEP some knowledge with Fire Safety
- Some experience managing direct reports
Years of Experience:Education:- Right experience is more important
