About the Role
Bluestaq is seeking a Facilities Manager to run day-to-day operations at our Colorado Springs headquarters. You'll keep the building, budget, and vendors working together so the rest of the company can focus on the mission. You'll own what's inside our walls directly — appliance repairs, fitness center upkeep, everyday workplace needs — and partner with the property management team on everything else, from HVAC to life safety to parking. If you take real pride in a clean, well-run space and love being the person who makes things happen, this is your role.
Why This Role Matters
Bluestaq builds software for space missions, national defense, and healthcare systems. Our teams do their best work when the building around them just works — HVAC dialed in for a customer visit, a life-safety inspection that passes clean, a work order closed before anyone has to ask twice. Getting that right, every day, is what lets everyone else focus on the mission instead of the building. Colorado Springs HQ is where the company runs.
Every team, every meeting, every system we build starts from that building working the way it's supposed to. This role owns that — bringing together the budget, the vendors, and the everyday details that make Bluestaq a great place to build. Beyond keeping things running, you'll help shape a workspace our team is genuinely excited to walk into every day and do their best work.
These principles guide how we operate:
What We're Looking For
Someone who takes ownership without being asked twice. A natural collaborator who works well with the property management team, IT, security, and the rest of the office. Sharp attention to detail and a genuine love of keeping things organized and clean. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.

About Bluestaq
At Bluestaq, we build secure data platforms that matter for space missions, national defense, healthcare systems, and commercial innovation. Founded in 2018, we've become a leader in enterprise software and secure data management by staying focused on what counts: modern architecture, operational excellence, and mission impact.
We're engineers, problem-solvers, and builders who take the mission seriously, but not ourselves. We automate the repeatable, question the status quo, and design systems that are as reliable as they are scalable. Whether we're supporting space, defense systems, or healthcare advancements, we build with the same principles: cloud-native solutions, security by design, and relentless simplicity.
Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
