Facilities Management Instructor (2)

Position: Facilities Management Instructor 2 Start Date: 12/01/2026 Schedule: Per the D.T.A. Collective Bargaining Agreement

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of full-time employment experience directly related to building and property maintenance.
• An associates degree may substitute for one of five years of required employment experience, provided that the degree includes subject matter related to the Technical Knowledge and Skills strand (Strand 2) of the Vocational Technical Education framework in Building and Property Maintenance and/or in vocational education.
• A bachelors degree may substitute for two of five years of required employment experience, provided that the degree includes subject matter related to the Technical Knowledge and Skills strand (Strand 2) of the Vocational Technical Education Framework in Building and Property Maintenance and/or in vocational education.
• Instruction will be in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Educations Vocational Technical Education Frameworks for Building and Property Maintenance.
• Must possess a valid drivers license.
