    Description

    Pay Range: $85,000-$115,000/year (based on years of experience)

    Facilities Management Director Opportunity:

    • Full-time, permanent opportunity
    • Schedule: Day Shift; Mon-Friday
    • May be called to work weekends as needed
    • Lead facilities operations for the hospital, satellite clinics, and building systems, ensuring compliance with Joint Commission, regulatory, and safety standards.
    • Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance programs, environment of care initiatives, and facility safety processes while supporting a culture of operational excellence.

    Facilities Management Director Qualifications:

    • Facilities Management Director must have 5 or more years of hospital maintenance experience
    • 5 or more years of supervision for healthcare facility equipment and system operations; chiller, steam boilers, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and air handlers
    • Previous Joint Commission experience strongly preferred
    • Certified Health Care Facility Manager credential preferred
