Are you ready to take your Facilities Management career to the next level?

We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Facilities Management Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with facilities management experience who enjoys being out on site as much as they do working with data, systems and project teams.

From schools and leisure centres to heritage buildings, commercial offices and residential properties, you'll play a key role in helping clients keep their buildings safe, compliant and operating efficiently.

What you'll be doing

No two days are the same. You'll work alongside Facilities Managers, Surveyors, Health & Safety professionals and contractors to:

  •        Carry out asset surveys and collect detailed building information
  •        Support statutory compliance activities across fire, electrical, gas, asbestos, water hygiene and other key areas
  •        Assist with inspections, audits and condition assessments
  •        Track maintenance works and remedial actions through to completion
  •        Maintain asset registers and compliance records within CAFM systems
  •        Support the preparation of scopes of work for repairs, maintenance and minor projects
  •        Coordinate contractors, site visits and client activities
  •        Help deliver safe, compliant and well-managed property services across a diverse portfolio

 

What we're looking for

You'll be someone who:

Has a good working knowledge of facilities management and building maintenance

Understands planned and reactive maintenance environments

Has experience collecting and managing accurate property information

Can confidently visit operational sites and build positive relationships with stakeholders

Has strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

 Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and mobile technology

 Holds a full UK driving licence and is willing to travel regularly

Experience with asset surveying, CAFM systems, compliance monitoring, auditing or scope development would be highly advantageous.
