Job Summary
Under the direction of the Clinic Manager, Clinic Administrator, or Patient Services Representative Supervisor, the Patient Services Representative plays a key role in providing exceptional customer service to patients by greeting them warmly, answering any inquiries they may have, and ensuring they have a positive experience during their visit. The Patient Services Representative must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent interpersonal and customer services skills and must be courteous and helpful to everyone walking into a clinic.
Job Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Worker ensures proper functioning of DAP Health facilities. This position performs routine day-to-day unskilled activities and limited semiskilled manual work in general maintenance and construction.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Obtain work assignments from supervisor, contact work order requestor, and coordinate repairs with supervisor
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of facilities buildings and surrounding grounds
- Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work
- Cut grass, weeds, and brush; trim trees and shrubs; care for shrubs, flowers, and grass
- Perform interior and exterior painting to maintain good appearance of clinic
- Assist in sanitation control and check safety hazards
- Responsible for reporting all facilities issues and or concerns to supervisor to conduct proper follow up
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ability to do math, organize, and prioritize workload
- Work effectively and efficiently under stress
- Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, and understand English
Education and Experience
- One- or two-years' experience in related field
- Experience with hand tools and power tools (saw, drill, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical equipment, and carpentry
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Able to lift/move up to 40 pounds, move from place to place, and stand for long periods of time
- Available for all shifts and, when required, able to work evenings and weekends
- Requires current and valid driver's license and current personal auto insurance
- Able to travel to DAP Health locations throughout San Diego and the Coachella Valley
