Position Overview



We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing facility systems, including 480V electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background and enjoys troubleshooting equipment to keep operations running efficiently and safely.



Required Experience & Skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of industrial, commercial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred
• Experience working with 480V electrical systems
• HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting experience required
• Plumbing maintenance and repair experience required
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team



Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems, motors, starters, breakers, and control circuits
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, including rooftop units, air handlers, compressors, and controls
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including fixtures, valves, water lines, drains, and pumps
• Conduct routine inspections of facility equipment and building systems
• Read and interpret electrical, plumbing, mechanical schematics, and blueprints
• Complete work orders and accurately document maintenance activities
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements
• Assist with facility improvement projects and general building maintenance
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and facility repair needs as required



Preferred Qualifications
• EPA Certification
• HVAC Certification
• Electrical or Maintenance Trade School training
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification



Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and industrial manufacturing environments
• Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment while wearing required PPE
