Facilities Maintenance Technician

Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of a manufacturing facility. This position works under the direction of the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and involves a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks, repairs, and special projects throughout the facility.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general building maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other facility-related projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve routine maintenance issues.
Assist with facility improvements, installations, and special projects.
Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
Work alongside the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to complete assigned projects.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in general maintenance, construction, or a related hands-on trade preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to assist wherever needed.
