Facilities Maintenance Technician (Residential)

Our Client, a well-established real estate company supporting multiple Boston-area properties, is looking for a Residential Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and hands-on work.

This position will pay between $35-$42/hr plus OT depending on experience and fit.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical issues
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and common areas
• Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors
• Support snow/ice removal, cleaning, and property upkeep

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years of building maintenance/facilities experience 
• Strong hands-on repair skills
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Ability to work independently across multiple properties
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout Boston
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
