Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLC-controlled equipment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and electrical systems
- Welding and fabrication experience a plus
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and precision measuring instruments
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures and manufacturing conditions
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed
Job Duties:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs to minimize downtime
- Rebuild, overhaul, and replace worn or damaged components
- Assist with installation, startup, modification, and improvement of production equipment
- Support production line changeovers and equipment upgrades
- Install electrical components and maintain facility support systems
- Order maintenance parts and maintain maintenance records and work orders
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked maintenance areas
- Follow all safety, food safety, and quality procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned
