Facilities & Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and assisting with the installation of manufacturing equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure across 2 manufacturing facilities. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and facility equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, basic electrical, and operational equipment problems
• Assist with the installation, relocation, modification, and startup of new and existing equipment.
• Maintain both buildings, including walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, plumbing fixtures, lighting, roofs, exterior areas, and the building perimeter.
• Perform painting, carpentry, drywall repair, shelving installation, office remodeling, furniture assembly, and other general improvement work.
• Maintain the tool room, maintenance work areas, tools, spare parts, and supplies 
• Coordinate with equipment manufacturers, vendors, and outside contractors as necessary.
• Document completed maintenance, repairs, inspections
