What you'll do as a Facilities Maintenance Technician:

• Maintain company property with care, including mowing, trimming, and general landscaping.
• Wash & detail company trucks and trailers to keep our fleet looking sharp and ready to roll.
• Handle general cleanup tasks around the shop, yard, and facility — both inside and outside.
• Assist with driving or errands as needed, supporting the team where help is needed most.
• Follow safety standards, keep equipment in good working order, and take pride in a job well done.
• Work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Our Ideal Facilities Maintenance Technician:

• Experienced: Brings prior experience in property upkeep, landscaping, or vehicle maintenance. Education isn't required, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone ready to learn and work hard.
• Reliable & Accountable: Shows up consistently, follows through on commitments, and takes pride in a job well done.
• Independent & Responsible: Works efficiently with minimal supervision, follows safety standards, and takes ownership of results.
• Versatile & Hands-on: Adapts easily between landscaping, maintenance, washing, and driving tasks throughout the day.
• Active: Able to bend, stand, kneel, and lift to 50 lbs. while working both indoors and outdoors.
• Holds a valid driver's license with at least five years of safe driving history.
