Position Summary
The Griff Network is seeking a dependable and hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our campus facilities. This position focuses on building maintenance and property repairs rather than production equipment maintenance.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong troubleshooting abilities and a wide range of maintenance skills. You will work across multiple facilities, helping ensure our buildings remain safe, clean, and operational.

- 101 Lower Morrisville Road
- 9 Headley Place
- 8 Headley Place
- 111 Lower Morrisville Road
Key Responsibilities
Building Maintenance
- Perform routine interior and exterior building maintenance.
- Repair drywall, replace ceiling tiles, and complete painting projects.
- Address general wear and tear throughout facility locations.
Lighting & Minor Electrical
- Replace light bulbs and ballasts.
- Perform basic electrical repairs such as switches, outlets, and fixtures when appropriate.
General Repairs
- Repair doors, locks, office furniture, and building hardware.
- Address minor plumbing issues including leaking faucets and simple clogs.
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
Safety & Compliance
- Conduct regular facility inspections.
- Identify and correct safety hazards including trip hazards, blocked exits, and minor structural concerns.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Grounds & Exterior Support
- Assist with maintaining safe building entrances, walkways, and surrounding grounds.
- Support seasonal facility upkeep projects.
Work Order Management
- Meet daily with the Maintenance Manager to review priorities and assignments.
- Track completed work and provide updates on ongoing projects.
Vendor Coordination
- Assist contractors and service providers by providing facility access and support when needed.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
- 2-3 years of facilities maintenance, building maintenance, construction, handyman, or related experience preferred.
Technical Skills
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work on ladders and in varying facility environments.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to travel between local Fallsington facilities throughout the workday.
