Location: Riverside, CA.
Pay: $19.00 $24.00/hr. DOE
Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire

JOB SUMMARY

Arrow Staffing is Seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility. This position will handle general janitorial duties along with light facility maintenance.

DUTIES

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, and production areas.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.

• Empty trash and recycling.

• Restock restroom, breakroom, and shop supplies.

• Operate floor cleaning equipment and safely handle cleaning chemicals.

• Perform basic facility maintenance, including replacing light bulbs, air filters, and ceiling tiles.

• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and materials.

• Maintain storage areas and assist with general facility projects.

• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or maintenance experience preferred but not required.

• Dependable and able to work independently.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Basic mechanical aptitude a plus.

• Comfortable using cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing.

• Must meet eligibility requirements to work in an ITAR-controlled facility.
