Facilities & Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

Bob Weaver Auto is looking for a dependable, hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Technician to help maintain our dealership buildings and grounds. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong handyman skills who enjoys a variety of repair and maintenance projects.
What You'll Do
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Complete painting, drywall patching, and facility touch-ups
- Repair doors, locks, shelving, cabinets, and other building fixtures
- Replace lighting, ceiling tiles, and basic hardware
- Perform minor plumbing and basic electrical repairs (within experience level)
- Install signage, shelving, and other facility improvements
- Maintain dealership grounds including mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanup, and snow removal
- Pressure wash sidewalks, service lanes, and exterior areas
- Help keep the dealership clean, safe, and well-maintained
What We're Looking For
- Experience with general building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or handyman work
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors
