    Facilities & Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

    Bob Weaver Auto | Pottsville, PA

    Bob Weaver Auto is looking for a dependable, hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Technician to help maintain our dealership buildings and grounds. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong handyman skills who enjoys a variety of repair and maintenance projects.

    What You'll Do

    • Perform general building maintenance and repairs
    • Complete painting, drywall patching, and facility touch-ups
    • Repair doors, locks, shelving, cabinets, and other building fixtures
    • Replace lighting, ceiling tiles, and basic hardware
    • Perform minor plumbing and basic electrical repairs (within experience level)
    • Install signage, shelving, and other facility improvements
    • Maintain dealership grounds including mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanup, and snow removal
    • Pressure wash sidewalks, service lanes, and exterior areas
    • Help keep the dealership clean, safe, and well-maintained

    What We're Looking For

    • Experience with general building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or handyman work
    • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
    • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
    • Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
    • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

    Requirements

    • Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a good driving record
    • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors
