Key Responsibilities:Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenanceComplete light electrical work (fixtures, outlets, switches, bulbs)Perform light plumbing repairs (leaks, drains, fixtures)Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairsHVAC support such as filter changesRespond to maintenance requests promptlyMaintain tools and ensure safe work practicesCoordinate with vendors for larger repairs when necessaryQualifications:6 months experience preferred.
