Pay Rate: $45 $49/hr on W2

Seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to support critical utilities, facility infrastructure, and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with fire-tube boilers, steam systems, wastewater treatment, industrial utilities, and equipment troubleshooting.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility and critical utility systems.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot fire-tube boilers and steam-generation equipment.
• Support wastewater treatment and modernization/improvement projects.
• Maintain utilities including steam, compressed air, nitrogen, HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial water systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, pumps, piping, and utility equipment.
• Perform equipment inspections, system walkdowns, and maintain work orders/documentation in CMMS.

• 5+ years of facilities, utilities, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or power-generation experience.
• Strong hands-on fire-tube boiler and steam system experience.
• Experience with wastewater treatment systems and improvement/modernization projects.
• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and critical utilities experience.
• Experience with CMMS and ability to read P&IDs and technical drawings.
• Pharma/biotech/GMP, Maximo, Veeva, or CQV experience preferred.
• U.S. Navy engineering, utilities, mechanical, nuclear, or power-generation experience highly preferred.
