Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of building systems and equipment. Responsibilities- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools; perform wiring repairs and electrical system upgrades as needed.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose problems and implement solutions.
- Utilize software to track work orders, maintenance history, and inventory levels.
- Supervise or coordinate with team members on maintenance activities while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities to support compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications- Experience in facilities maintenance with a strong background in mechanical systems, electrical work, or manufacturing environments.
- Reading schematics, technical diagrams, and using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Experience with software for managing work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Supervising experience or leadership skills that enable effective team coordination.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and vendors.
- Familiarity with safety standards related to facilities maintenance operations.
- Read, write and speak English. Bilingual in Spanish a +.
- Must have current DL and pass drug test and background check.
Pay: 28.00 - 32.00 per hour
