The Facilities & Maintenance Manager position is a full-time exempt position with benefits and a preferred hiring range of $34.78 - $38.25 per hour (equivalent to $72,342 - $79,560 annually); however, an exact salary will be dependent upon the selected candidates qualifications and experience.
In this position, you'll perform complex professional, technical, and administrative tasks while overseeing and leading a team responsible for the departments grounds, operations, and activities. The selected candidate will be committed to continuous professional development through self-directed education, networking, and participation in relevant courses, training sessions, and events.

Minimum Qualifications
Vocational and/or technical training/certification in facilities management, electrical, mechanical, and electronics is highly desired, but not required for consideration.
