Location: Northwest Houston / Tomball-Spring Area
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Facilities Support Associate to assist with general maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, and facility support at multiple locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping facilities clean and well maintained, and is comfortable handling basic repairs and projects.

The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, service-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility repairs, maintenance, and housekeeping projects.

• Assist with special projects, facility needs, and company events as directed.

• Respond to facility-related requests from employees.

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including spill cleanup, trash removal, and maintaining clean and functional work areas.

• Help maintain the overall appearance of facilities, grounds, warehouse, and office areas.

• Complete routine maintenance tasks to ensure facilities and equipment remain in good working condition.

• Repair and maintain miscellaneous equipment, materials, and tools.

• Assemble, install, move, and reconfigure office and facility equipment.

• Use hand and power tools safely to complete assigned projects.

• Perform additional facility-related duties as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related facilities, maintenance, handyman, warehouse maintenance, or similar experience.

• Experience using hand tools and power tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to read and follow instructions, checklists, and work assignments.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adjust to changing needs.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required, as travel between nearby work locations will be necessary.

• Positive, dependable, and willing to assist wherever needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, stoop, and perform physical work for extended periods.

• Comfortable working in office, warehouse, and outdoor environments.

• Must be able to lift and move up to 70 lbs. without assistance.
