Facilities Maintenance- 3rd shift

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (to include but not limited to):
• Equipment management and repair
• Strong documentation of repairs
• Communication across all shifts to technical team
• Work with production team to complete basic equipment / PLC / process improvements
• Team development / design of equipment to support assembly operations.
• Responsible for monitoring and improving current processes and equipment.
• Identifying and troubleshooting process, electrical and mechanical issues for production departments.
• Utilize web-based software to monitor equipment status to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
• Maintain an organized inventory of equipment parts to minimize downtime and ensure timely repairs.
• Assist in defining company strategies for all automation / equipment related projects
• Supporting various associates - contractors during repairs / projects.
• Documenting Requirements / scopes of work for capital projects and strategies
• Act as a role model for all Associates and adhere to the company core values

PERIODIC JOB FUNCTIONS
• Occasionally support department and company through adjusted work hours as required
• Some travel and overtime may be required to support equipment and company.
