Central/Southern territory:

  • Clarence

  • West Seneca
Applicants may indicate whether they are interested in one territory or all Trilogy locations.

  • Diagnose problems involving equipment cables, belts, pulleys, pedals, hardware, moving parts, and electrical components within the technician’s qualifications.
  • Ensure fitness equipment is safe, stable, and operating properly before returning it to service.
  • Remove unsafe equipment from service and clearly communicate when professional or manufacturer-authorized repair is required.
  • Assemble and install fitness equipment, shelving, fixtures, furniture, and other facility items.
  • Address minor concerns involving doors, locks, walls, flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and general facility upkeep.
  • Coordinate with licensed electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, equipment manufacturers, or other specialized vendors when necessary.
  • Maintain organized records of inspections, repairs, parts, recommendations, and completed work.
  • Communicate clearly with Trilogy leadership regarding safety concerns, repair priorities, costs, and expected completion dates.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all applicable safety procedures.
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in commercial building maintenance, facilities maintenance, equipment repair, property maintenance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial fitness or rehabilitation equipment is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to recognize when a repair requires a licensed professional or manufacturer-authorized technician.
  • Dependable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned Trilogy locations.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize requests, and follow through on assignments.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Consistent attendance, reliability, and responsiveness are essential.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, or assist with equipment and supplies associated with the position.
  • Willingness to complete a background check and provide professional references.
