Role Synopsis
We are seeking a technically excellent engineering leader with high personal integrity and a bias for action to lead Facilities Engineering across the Permian asset. This role owns facility performance at the pad level - process safety, driving optimization, commissioning excellence, and technical problem-solving that directly impacts production reliability and operating cost.
Based in Denver and reporting to the Engineering Manager, this leader builds and develops a team of facility engineers embedded in route teams alongside operators and production engineers. The FETL partners with Production, Maintenance, Reliability, Construction, Commissioning, and Program Engineering to deliver integrated facility solutions that keep wells flowing and costs low.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. We need someone who can troubleshoot a separator in the morning and coach an engineer on their development plan in the afternoon. Someone who sets high standards, holds people accountable with respect, and builds a team culture where people take ownership and do the right thing - even when no one is watching.
