EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents and statures from jurisdictional agencies and governmental units, procedure manuals, and specification manuals. Ability to write instructions, plant operating procedures, and routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of vendors, contractors, regulatory agencies, and employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fundamental spreadsheets. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Ability to analyze data and provide summaries and comparisons.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding and create instructions from technical data or statutes furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Interpret and apply regulations and procedures to situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, walk, use hands to feel or handle objects, tools or controls; reach and lift with hands and arms; talk, see and hear. The employee must be available during all hours if needed, and have the flexibility to work various shift hours if needed.
