    ​Facilities and EHS Specialist

    We are looking for a Facilities and EHS Specialist to join our Exlar team!

    As our Facilities and EHS Specialist you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures at our Chanhassen, MN facility, along with supporting facilities maintenance and repairs. This role is fully on-site at Chanhassen, MN facility.

    Location: Chanhassen, MN

    Salary: $80,000 to $100,000

    Your Challenge

    • Support corporate safety initiatives and help maintain a safe and healthy work environment

    • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards

    • Analyze environmental data and report on pollution control, waste management, and conservation efforts

    • Collaborate for development and maintenance of job hazard assessments

    • Maintain and coordinate scheduling of facilities maintenance, facility repairs and improvements

    • Develop and support preventative maintenance plans for facilities equipment

    • Other duties as assigned

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

    • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role

    • Working knowledge of OSHA and/or MNOSHA requirements

    • Working knowledge of facilities maintenance including waste storage management and preventative maintenance

    • Familiar with Microsoft office

    • Must be a U.S. person
