Lead Facilities!Our client is an established and rapidly expanding food manufacturing organization recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. The company offers a collaborative leadership environment, significant investment in its facilities and people, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of a growing operation.Job DescriptionDirect all facility and infrastructure operations, including maintenance, utilities, building systems, grounds, and site services. Develop and execute facility strategies that support production goals, operational efficiency, and future expansion plans. Lead maintenance and facilities teams, providing coaching, development, and performance management. Manage capital improvement projects, facility upgrades, equipment installations, and contractor activities. Oversee utility systems including electrical, water, HVAC, compressed air, refrigeration, and other critical plant infrastructure. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to safety, environmental, and facility operations. Establish and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs for facility assets. Develop and manage departmental budgets, capital expenditures, and cost-control initiatives. Partner closely with Operations, Production, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to support plant performance objectives. Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability and reduce downtime. Manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and external contractors. Lead emergency preparedness, business continuity, and facility security programs. Drive energy management and sustainability initiatives where applicable.
