The Facilities Coordinator provides comprehensive onsite support for facility services, building maintenance, engineering projects, and equipment upkeep. Work Environment
This role is fully onsite, working Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed to support facility operations and special projects. The environment includes office, manufacturing, and medical equipment areas, requiring regular interaction with building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. The Facilities Coordinator works with office equipment, security systems, building automation tools, asset tracking and inventory monitoring systems, and shipping platforms such as FedEx and UPS. The setting is professional and safety-conscious, with an emphasis on reliability, responsiveness, and collaboration. The position offers exposure to a large corporate environment, opportunities to work with outside contractors and vendors, and the chance to develop strong leadership and technical facilities experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.39 - $22.66/hr.
