Job Description:
- Handles building and vendor requests and responds to questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Interacts with departments and management to submit and resolve work order issues.
- May monitor general site cleanliness and report issues. not responsible for life-safety inspections or monitoring of emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, exit doors, or similar safety systems.
- May create, issue and collect badges when following a customer provided list or defined procedure. not monitor CCTV, identify intruders, or perform active security functions.
- Promote site security awareness and training in coordination with Security Management.
- May coordinate work orders and vendor follow-up. not responsible for identifying, evaluating, or correcting safety hazards.
- May perform low-skill tasks such as basic furniture assembly using hand tools. Will not repair or assemble load-bearing items or perform work where failure could create injury risk.
- Maintain departmental records, files, and business information.
- Provide general office and site support to departments and associates.
- Compile information and generate reports.
- May provide administrative or clerical support. Will not perform construction trades work or physical building activities.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with associates and management.
