Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Facilities Coordinator to help maintain the facility, equipment, and surrounding property. This position is responsible for completing maintenance and repair work orders, monitoring building systems, assisting with vendors, and keeping the facility safe, clean, and functional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine facility inspections, maintenance, and repairs
  • Complete work orders involving basic electrical, plumbing, drywall patching, painting, and general repairs
  • Install office equipment, racks, guardrails, and other facility components
  • Coordinate and assist with outside vendors and contractors
  • Monitor building systems including temperature, humidity, and pressure readings
  • Operate a cardboard baler and plastic bottle compactor
  • Operate a forklift to move and manage pallets and inventory
  • Use hand and power tools including drills, saws, hammers, and wrenches
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
  • Follow company safety policies and good housekeeping practices
  • Follow cGMP and product quality requirements
  • Perform other facility-related duties as assigned
  • Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous facilities, maintenance, handyman, or general labor experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and general repairs
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and prioritize tasks
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Must be flexible with work hours
  • Must maintain a strong attendance record
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
