    What We are Looking for:

    A successful candidate would be one who is eager to learn new skills, be customer focused, professional, and be detailed oriented. The Facilities Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring there are plans in place to execute for effective work order management and completion. The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with all company locations to ensure employees have a safe, comfortable, and business friendly workplace. The Facilities Coordinator will oversee and be a liaison with service vendors and internal staff for preventive maintenance, facility work orders, custodial services, and other operational functions.

    This is an in-office role in the Dallas area.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Track, troubleshoot, review and complete incoming work order requests using a CMMS system.
    • Verify all work is completed on time, within budget and per the company's standards.
    • Coordinate with landlords and vendors as applicable to ensure office repairs are handled by the responsible party, and in a timely manner, within contracted schedules and rates.
    • Consult and communicate with offices to keep everyone informed while understanding different points of view and working through issues to reach solutions while providing best-in-class customer service experience
    • Assist & Coordinate with the department on insurance claims to keep locations updated on progress to completion.
    • Review vendor reports and findings and execute/plan accordingly.
    • Maintain and grow the vendor network for A-Max facilities team and ensure each facility has multiple service providers for each trade.

    Position Qualifications:

    • Associates degree in facilities management, building, business, or another related field is preferred
    • 2+ years' experience with Facility or Property Administration
    • Must have experience in dealing with contractors and vendors
    • Experience within Shipping & Logistics is a plus
    • Experience with Service Channel a plus
    • Ability to quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially excel and Google Suites
