Facilities Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a dependable and detail oriented Facilities Cleaning Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.The Facilities Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional

environment throughout the company's office facilities. This position focuses primarily on cleaning offic areas, while also maintaining the two shop restrooms and ensuring the front entrance and surrounding exterior areas remain clean and presentable.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all office workspaces, conference rooms, reception on area, breakroom, and

• common areas.

• Clean and sanitize the two shop restrooms, including fixtures, floors, mirrors, partitions, and

• restocking supplies.

• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the office and designated shop areas.

• Restock paper products, soap, and other janitorial supplies.

• Clean interior glass, doors, windows, and other high-touch surfaces.

• Perform light outdoor maintenance around the front of the building, including sweeping

• entryways, walkways, and keeping the front exterior free of debris.

• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to management.

• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally)

Pay rate- $18-$25 per hour DOE
