Facilities Attendant

The Olive Ann Hotel is a 79-room locally owned and operated boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Grand Forks. SUMMARY

In this position, you will assist in maintaining and cleaning all 322 Hospitality Group facilities (Skies 322, Olive Ann Hotel, and Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea) in Grand Forks, ND.

• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to food, safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work proactively and independently while fostering a workplace based on teamwork.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of standing, walking, squatting and lifting extended periods of time. Ability to read, to answer phones, to write emails and other correspondence.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
