Position: Facilities Assistant (Contract)
Location: Downtown Houston
Schedule: 100% In-Office: 8am5pm
Duration: Contract for 1-year (strong potential for extension based on performance)
Responsibilities:
- Provide general office and facilities support, including coordinating maintenance requests and working with internal teams and external vendors
- Receive, track, and follow up on work orders to ensure timely resolution of office-related issues
- Support vendor coordination and assist with access and logistics as needed
- Maintain overall office appearance, ensuring common areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Partner with internal teams to address repairs, maintenance needs, and office improvements
- Assist with office moves, setup, and general space planning
- Support inventory tracking and organization of office supplies and storage areas
- Maintain and update internal records and databases related to office assets and materials
