Together, we build more than a workplace; we build a place for people to grow, belong, and thrive.Your MissionAs a Facilities and Maintenance Technician in the Permian Basin, you'll keep our sites running strong, safe, and ready for action-fast fixes, smart troubleshooting, and pride in every finish.Key responsibilities include:- Perform routine mowing, edging, and weed control across all green areas.- Perform general building repair and upkeep across multiple locations- Troubleshoot and complete basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repair- Handle painting and carpentry touch-ups to keep spaces sharp and functional- Support exterior upkeep as neededRequired qualifications/skills: - Proven handyman or maintenance experience across multiple trades- Strong problem-solving and follow-through on repair work- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors- Valid driver's license and reliable transportationA Day In The LifeHit the road across the Permian Basin as the primary upkeep expert for our facilities. A heavy portion of your daily routine is dedicated to outdoor groundskeeping-managing lawn care, hedging, and exterior property maintenance to keep every site mission-ready. You balance this heavy landscaping focus with essential indoor facility maintenance, including paint touch-ups, basic plumbing repairs, electrical checks, and light HVAC fixes.
