Description

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Facilities & Event Setup Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming campus. This position is responsible for custodial services, event setup and teardown, light maintenance, and minor groundskeeping.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain restrooms, classrooms, offices, worship spaces, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, empty trash, and restock supplies.
  • Set up and take down tables, chairs, and equipment for worship services, meetings, weddings, funerals, and special events.
  • Reset rooms after events.
  • Unlock and secure buildings as needed.
  • Perform minor repairs and report maintenance issues.
  • Maintain the church grounds by picking up debris, trimming shrubs, and performing light landscaping.
  • Assist with other facilities duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Custodial, facilities, maintenance, or event setup experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Pay: $14/hour
