Summary of the Position: Facilitator will be responsible for running weekly group sessions emphasizing healthy lifestyles and positive behaviors in home school and the community. At a minimum, Facilitator will have experience with group intervention for young people coupled with an ability to relate to youth and families reflecting diverse culture and ethnicity.

We serve over 13,000 families a year in more than 100 programs across 21 states and the District of Columbia in rural, suburban and urban areas including 25 major metro areas. Since our beginning in 1975, 100% of our programming occurs in the home communities of the people we serve.
