• Physician‑owned, established plastic surgery practice with a strong existing patient base, built‑in referrals, and full clinical infrastructure already in place - including RNs/MAs, patient care coordinators, anesthesia/surgical support, and an experienced plastic surgery team. It is a setting where a surgeon can step in and build quickly without the burden of creating a practice from scratch. The role focuses on high‑demand aesthetic procedures including facelift/neck lift, blepharoplasty, liposuction and body contouring, breast surgery, fat transfer, and related cosmetic surgery. You would have dedicated clinic/consultation days paired with OR days, supported by robust marketing, lead generation, social media/branding, and business development resources designed to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• For the right surgeon, long‑term partnership or ownership opportunities may also be available.
• The practice is prioritizing board‑certified or board‑eligible plastic surgeons with excellent surgical skills, strong aesthetic judgment, a commitment to safety, and a desire to grow within a collaborative, well‑resourced environment.
• State of California (or eligible) Physician license.
