Key Responsibilities
- Support Provider & Quality Affiliation activities.
- Join the ClinicalONE squad for the Supplemental Clinical Data Quality Framework project.
- Research and interpret HEDIS quality specifications.
- Analyze complex/messy clinical healthcare data from a business perspective.
- Develop/prototype complex SQL queries for Engineering implementation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architects, SMEs, and stakeholders.
- Support project execution and enhance product capabilities.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Healthcare Data experience.
- Senior Business/System Analyst experience.
- Expert SQL proficiency.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Strong technical/business requirement writing skills.
- Healthcare industry experience is mandatory.
- HEDIS and/or clinical data experience highly preferred.
Facets Integration Skills
- TriZetto Facets experience.
- Facets integrations with enterprise applications.
- APIs, middleware, ETL, and healthcare data standards.
- Knowledge of payer functions such as claims, enrollment, provider, member, and care management.
