Fabricator

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Fabricator role in Marion, OH. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for precision craftsmanship, high-quality metal fabrication, and a commitment to excellence in manufacturing operations. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and technical expertise, they pride themselves on delivering superior products while maintaining the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
· Perform fabrication and welding duties according to blueprint specifications and production requirements.
· Read and interpret complex blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication layouts with a high level of accuracy.
· Complete machine and fixture setups independently without supervision.
· Utilize AWS D1.1 welding standards and procedures throughout fabrication processes.
· Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components to precise tolerances.
· Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance with customer and company standards.
· Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
· Work overtime as needed to support production demands.

Qualifications:
· AWS D1.1 Certification REQUIRED – candidates without certification will not be considered.
· Proven fabrication and welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
· Strong ability to perform setups independently.
· Advanced blueprint reading and interpretation skills required.
· Strong understanding of fabrication processes, measurements, and welding techniques.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
· Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime as needed.

Schedule & Pay:
· Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
· Overtime as needed
· Pay starts at $24+/hour depending on experience
