Fabricator (Full-Time)

Location: Joplin, MO

We take pride in our commitment to safety, precision, and craftsmanship. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and reliable Fabricator to join our team full-time in Joplin, Missouri.

Job Summary:

As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for cutting, fitting, and welding metal components to fabricate structural and custom parts used in our industrial and construction projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in reading blueprints and working with various metals and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate steel components from blueprints or shop drawings
• Operate fabrication tools including saws, torches, grinders, brakes, shears, and plasma cutters
• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding with precision and consistency
• Ensure parts are measured, cut, and assembled accurately
• Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in metal fabrication or related trade
• Proficiency with MIG and TIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols
• Familiarity with fabrication shop tools and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus
• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
