Position Summary

We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Fabricator to assemble hoses and fittings that meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. This hands-on manufacturing role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accurate work, enjoys working with tools, and thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Select the correct fittings for each customer order.
• Measure, cut, and label hoses to the required length.
• Assemble and crimp hoses and fittings according to established standards.
• Test completed hose assemblies and accurately record results.
• Collaborate with other departments, cross-train, and assist where needed.
• Promote safety, company culture, and ethical practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator.
• Ability to use hand tools and standard calipers.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely navigate a manufacturing environment.
• Extended periods of standing and walking, with some bending and stooping.
• Regular use of tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Salary Range: $19-$20 hourly.

Attendance Requirements: Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory.
