Pay: $23+/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 4:00 PM

LINK Staffing is seeking an experienced Fabrication Welder for a manufacturing facility in the Houston area. This position requires a skilled welder with 5+ years of both MIG and TIG welding experience and a strong background in metal fabrication. The ideal candidate can read blueprints, fit and assemble components, and produce high-quality welds with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on structural steel and fabricated metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding specifications
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials according to project requirements
- Fabricate and modify metal parts using hand tools and fabrication equipment
- Inspect completed welds and assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Operate grinders, saws, and other fabrication equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of MIG welding experience
- 5+ years of TIG welding experience
- Strong fabrication and structural welding background
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Experience fitting, assembling, and welding metal components
- Proficiency with measuring tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment
- Ability to work independently and produce quality work
- High school diploma or GED preferred
