Fabrication Supervisor

Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing Manufacturing company that is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor. This position is in your backyard. EXCELLENT BENEFITS!!!

·         Knowledge and experience of metal fabrication and welding techniques (hardwire, metal-core, flux-core & sub-arc); and large open table set-ups

·         Supervise and coordinate daily operations across fabrication, machining, and receiving departments.

·         Allocate labor and resources to meet production schedules and changing priorities.

·         Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

·         Serve as a liaison between the shop floor and upper management to align production goals with company objectives.
