    Description

    Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Fabrication Supervisor role in Hubbard, OR. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products.     Key Responsibilities:

    · Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met.

    · Lead, train, and support fabrication team members, including welders, fabricators, and other production personnel.

    · Review blueprints, drawings, work orders, and specifications to ensure fabrication work is completed accurately and efficiently.

    · Oversee welding, cutting, forming, fitting, and assembly operations while ensuring proper fabrication techniques and procedures are followed.

    · Monitor workflow and assign personnel and resources based on production priorities and workload.

    · Conduct quality checks on fabricated components and finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications and company standards.

    · Identify production issues, troubleshoot fabrication challenges, and work with team members to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

    · Ensure employees follow all company safety policies, procedures, and proper use of PPE.

    · Coordinate with production, engineering, quality, and other departments to address scheduling, quality, and manufacturing concerns.

    · Maintain accurate production documentation and promptly report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards.

     

    Qualifications:

    · High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or manufacturing education is preferred.

    · Previous experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related manufacturing environment.

    · Previous supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience within fabrication or manufacturing is strongly preferred.

    · Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding techniques, blueprints, and manufacturing equipment.

    · Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.

    · Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot production and fabrication issues.

    · Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

    · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
