    Position Overview
    We are seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to lead a 3rd shift team within a turbine manufacturing and repair environment. This role is responsible for overseeing welding and fabrication operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are consistently met.

    This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with experience in turbine, power generation, or heavy industrial manufacturing environments.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and supervise 3rd shift fabrication and welding operations
    • Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met
    • Manage employee performance including coaching, evaluations, and discipline
    • Monitor production schedules and communicate progress to leadership
    • Oversee quality inspections and ensure compliance with welding standards
    • Track and report on labor hours, production goals, and operational metrics
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives including 5S and process enhancements
    • Ensure accurate reporting for safety incidents, quality issues, and timekeeping
    Requirements
    • 5+ years of hands-on welding/fabrication experience (GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, cutting processes)
    • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
    • Experience in turbine, power generation, or heavy industrial manufacturing REQUIRED
    • Strong knowledge of AWS and/or ASME welding standards
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
    • Experience with shop equipment, measuring tools, and fabrication processes
    • Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
    Additional Requirements
    • Must be able to work 3rd shift (overnight)
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
    • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
